This table saw unit is very interesting in that it is a blend of a Delta Specialty labeled saw on a base labeled Heston & Anderson. Heston & Anderson did manufacture machines for Delta at that time, and many of those machines are basically an H&A model with a slight cosmetic change in the presentation.

This saw would have been sold as an accessory to the Delta "Handi Shop" combo unit, and might also have been sold as a stand alone machine. A catalog photo of the Delta Specialty combo unit is in the 4th photo slot, below. The last two photos are H&A catalog cuts, with the first being their "Unit Plan" Craftshop system, and the bottom photo being the H&A Model No. 7 saw, which is this same saw on separate stand-alone base.
