Some other examples of this machine had been restored and I thought the results were visually striking. I really liked the parallel tubes look and when this one came available for a very low price, I picked it up. It is a very light machine relative to the later 24" models by Delta, but I think it is still a charming piece. The plastic bag electrical taped to the stand contained a collection of very rusty 12" long blades that the seller thought went with this saw.
