I bought this motor as seen being used with a buffer wheel mounted on this base attached to a pedestal, blindly, not knowing anything about it, and neither did the owner. The only info I have found on it is from a PDF here on VM. http://vintagemachinery.org/pubs/443/751.pdf obviously this is only the base and motor. But is the only one I've ever seen.
