I purchased this sensitive drill press from an antique dealer. I searched online for a few days and couldn't find another one like it. It is approximately 12 3/4" overall height, and the table is 3 1/4" diameter. All castings are cast aluminum. The drill (dremel) motor is fixed and the table is raised and lowered with a knob on the right side.
I emailed the Dremel Co. and after providing them with photos, this is the response that I received:
Hi Guy,
Thank you for providing the pictures of your antique Dremel drill press which is Cat. No. 225. This has not been manufactured for years - approximately 40 years. It was introduced around 1936 and discontinued in 1968.
This is the "original" Dremel drill press for use with the No. 2 and No. 3 Moto-Tool only, also manufactured at the same time.
Hope this helps. If there is anything else we can assist with please contact us back.
Thanks for emailing,
Jill Camp

From the logo, it looks to me to be from the 50's. I am waiting to hear back from Dremel on their thoughts on this.
