This machine was U.S. property as per tag info. It was acquired by the Antelope Valley high school district, and sold at a surplus sale. I bought it from the buyer of the school sale.
The "sensitive" designation means it was made for precise drilling operations. It has a lot of unique features. The table swivels on the base, and the head assembly raises and lowers on the column with a hand crank and jack screw. A lever on top moves the motor to 3 different positions to allow for different speeds. Original color was grey. Everything works well, I will give it a good cleaning.
