Nice heavy little grinding or buffing arbor. It's even got parts of an old wire brush on one end. The left handed nut is there but the right handed nut is missing. This unit spins freely and doesn't appear to have much wear. It shows No. 25 on the belt pulley. There is still a good amount of the original sticker on the upright section of the base.
