Bought this machine for $150 and restored it. It really only needed a good cleaning, some paint, some new tires, and a new gearbox seal. Since the shaft to be sealed wasn't concentric to the seal bore, a standard oil seal wouldn't work. I machined out the "guts" of an oil seal and made my own felt insert bored off center.
I installed some urethane tires and crowned them on my milling machine.
The only thing this machine is missing is the blade guard. I'll likely fabricate a new one.
