Purchased new in Jan 1993 from Shopsmith.
This jointer was run off the Shopsmith variable speed Powerstation for a little over 10 years.
Then it was mounted to a Craftsman Universal stand, powered by a Craftsman ½hp motor.

>>MACHINE<<
Shopsmith 4" jointer, designed for use on the 5-in-1 machine or separate stand with aluminum adapter base.
Cast iron body/outfeed, infeed table and fence.
Guard has the patented spring fingers.
The 2½" dust collection spout does an excellent job.
