Previous owner in Windsor, CO had this saw for a few years but knew no other history. The motor does not work, but the saw seems to be in good, original condition. A cleaning, lube, and paint job are all that is needed. I identified the model by matching with one in this photo index, which still had the original decal. Mine is worn nearly off and I printed a new one, thanks to Bob Holcombe's decal art in the wiki. I added the model number to the decal.
This saw shows up in catalogs around 1950, when the price was $18.50. "Workshop" is a lightweight, home-use line of Atlas woodworking tools.

I could not have identified this decal without the VM photo index. Thanks to Joe Wells.
