Comments:
Inherited from the original owner, my grandfather. Found an extra cast iron extension wing on ebay and took the top and wings to an industrial finisher to put in a vibratory tumbler to remove surface rusting. Coated the underside of the top with engine enamel, and waxed the working surface. Cleaned up the base and added a new coat of paint. The original dual pulley motor (397.19241) was unfortunatley shot so I swapped it with a Gizzly 1hp motor, paddle style safety switch and link style belt. Eventually sold to another gentleman who worked on boats for a living and was in need a second small saw. Miss my grandfather, and that saw, but was glad to pass it along to continue being in service to another wood worker.
