I first saw this press about 10 years ago in my neighbors shop/warehouse. He passed away about 2 years ago and his estate liquidated. I met the new property owner and inquired about the press. He said it was left in the shop, (probably because it must weigh close to 1000 lbs.) and he wanted to get rid of it. So I now own it.
I don't know a lot about these big presses, but my guess is this one came with all the bells and whistles. Everything seems to work well. I know my neighbor Gary (R.I.P. Gary) had it running when I first looked at it. It now needs a motor, and looks like it was set up from the factory for an electric motor. Last pic is the Buffalo next to a Walker Turner 20" on the trailer.
