found on craigslist, terrible picture and no manufacture name, went unsold for a week, so i emailed them a $40 dollar offer..........sold............three hour drive round-trip and it's in my shop. it is missing the weight and the auto-stop parts, but other than that it is in excellent shape. the connecting arm off the large gear is made of wood; original or a quick repair, my guess it is original. the oiler may be a add-on because it does show up in the advertisements but the machine does have gutters to direct the used oil to a cup that would hang from a hook on the machine. the wood handle on the lever to raise the blade is from an old metal file. the earliest ad this machine shows up in is from 1899. i have yet to hook a motor to it for a test run. i do not think i would want to restore this because it is such fine original condition.......do no harm.
