These details are some of the tricks I used to deaden the rattle and buzz that can often occur in these machines. Also, a detail of a toothbrush mounted to keep the bottom wheel clean.

Comments: More places one can put rubber bushings. A 1/8 in. hole was drilled at the bottom crook of the brake operating rod and a roll pin installed. This kept the steel and rubber washer from riding up on the rod.

Comments: Toothbrush drilled, heated, and bent. A hole in the sheet metal was tapped 6-32 for a screw to hold the toothbrush
