This was found in Eastern PA in a shop that had an overhead line shaft. There was a clear cutout in the floor where a main belt came up from some power source downstairs. There was also an Electric Carpenter in the same shop.
I had guessed the maker was W. W. Oliver but can't confirm.
It has an 11" swing and 36" between centers. Came with most of a cross slide, some tool rests and the bearing hangers and stepped wooden pulley as well as a RI GE 1/2HP motor.
