Bought from a dealer in restorable condition. The machine was restored and sold. All it needed was new belts, pulleys, bearings, tires, tire crowning, new paint, new electrical, new motor, and new guide blocks plus a lot of TLC to make this one of the smoothest and quietest running 28-350's I;ve ever done.
