I bought this at an auction of a closing cabinet shop for $150. I couldn't stand to see it go for the same price as a 10" Craftsman on Craigslist. This has a 3 hp 1 ph motor. I have not rehabbed the saw. It runs great. The only change is that I added a magnetic starter and put the pushbutton station on the carriage to make it easier to start & stop.
