I do not own this machine.
I found this on the local CL. The "Workshop" tools are referenced under Walker Turner, Atlas and Craftsman but not this paticular set up, where the saw attaches directly to the lathe in this manner. The owner found it in the house they purchased and knows nothing about it.
Thanks to Brian this has been ID'd as being Mfg by Walker Turner (photoindex/images/8764-A.jpg). And thanks to John who pointed out this is noted on the back cover of the 1936 WT catalog and a similar Popular Science entry.
