Bought off of the online classifieds from an older gentleman, seeing as the machine is 91 years old in 2013, it could've conceivably been his grandfathers. Beautiful and HEAVY castings with babbett bearings. Flat belt pulley was replaced with a V belt pulley at some point, this was considered the 'bench' model without the 275 lb cast iron pedestal base. The serial number dated this machine as being from 1922, but judging by the 1920 date on the below publication I'd have to assume they were in production from at least that time.
