Found this on Craigsl*st, again. It's complete with original stand and Leeland 2hp RI, single-phase motor. Overall its in nice shpae, except for the table. The middle table and outfeed both have gouges running lengthwise (from front to back along the path of planing) that I did not see when I purchased it as the tables were covered in greese and dust. It looks as if someone tried to plane a board with a nail in it (facing down). The tables otherwise are in decent shape with a majority of the original grinding marks still visible. Oh, if these machines could talk. It's currently in the que for restoration right behind the Fay & Egan jointer.
