Found this on a local craigsl*st ad. I copied the photos to post here for reference. It's listed as a "Parks & Sons 1909 Sawmill"

The ad read as follows:
"POSSIBLY THE LAST ONE IN EXSISTANCE...... I WOULD CONSIDERED THIS THE VERY FIRST SHOPSMITH.....1 UNIT HAS BAND SAW, TABLE SAW, PLAINER AND JOINTER......HAS ORIGINAL FENCE, EXTRA DRIVE PULLEYS AND BABIT BEARINGS"
