This does not belong to me.
I observed this on CL in Chicago. The owner has told me this belonged to his grandfather who worked for Arcade until it was closed down and upon him leaving this Dp was given to him. After the passing of his grandfather it was given to him. He's tells me he suspects this DP may not have been placed into production but used in the factory; but that cannot be confirmed. He has also suggested their may be manuals and flyers his grandfather had which could make them available if they can be located.
