Found on CL, paid $150. + 175 for new chrome and stainless hardware, then $100 to a family friend to sandblast and powder coat(she was blasted and coated 4 times before the oil came out of the castings it kept turning a funny orange color and bubbling up). I think someone bought this in 1946 painted it red and set it in their barn and forgot about it for 65 years. She runs beautifully and true, the only problem I have is the spring that returns the chuck home doesn't retract.(yes I've turned the worm screw 5,000,000 to tighten)

It is still missing some things but I'm sure she will have a long happy life in my humble little studio. If you have any suggestions or things it could need please let me know.

Comments: Still have to turn some knobs for her and epoxy them on. The new keyless chuck is nice but i'm going to keep the Jacobs supper chuck around.
