I bought this from a retired woodworker who was closing shop. He had bought it from a friend 15-20 years ago and did not know any history beyond that. I did a full restoration with bearings, tires, paint and some machine shop work on the lower wheel. Got the "birth certificate" for it from Eagle and it was originally sold to a machine dealer in St. Louis so it appears to have lived in the area its entire life.
