This machine was given to me after I did some work for an older gentleman. It needed a tool rest so I adapted one from a delta machine. I have since found a correct one but I am hesitant to use it beause the base seems more fragile than the one I have become accustomed to using. After buy ing the tool rest, face plates, live center and tools; my wife commented: "Every time someone gives you something for free, it costs us hundreds of dollars." So very true.
