I picked this machine up at a local yard sale for $2. It looked like a wreck at the time but I dismantled it, cleaned it up and repainted it. The ball bearings and other mechanical components were fine but I'm missing a couple non-essential parts such as the tool rest supports for grinding. I've hooked it up to an ancient 1/3 hp motor and run it at low rpm's. I keep it permanently set up with a felt wheel for honing edge tools and a buffing wheel for polishing.
