I bought this shaper several years ago. It was pretty much plug and play. I do need to send the cartridge in for rebuild but I continue to use it. The original switch and box were damaged so I adapted a manual motor starter instead. To mount the plate I used the original holes for the switch so no new holes were created. I mounted the stock feeder. The sliding jig was missing most of the parts so I made an alternative clamping arrangement. It came with three 1/2" spindles, two Stub spindles and I purchased a 3/4" spindle. It is a one speed model and reversing is accomplished on the motor by moving the brushes. It came with both dust doors. The Delta nameplates were too corroded for me to save and I replaced them with NOS screen printed aluminum. It has the cardstock serial number tag. I am not a purist so I replaced several of the small wing nuts with larger versions.
