This has been on CL for over a year about 50 miles from me. He was asking to much for it and after several reasonable offers I gave up. A week ago I was going back through old listings and came across this again. I contacted him and made the same offer. I was a little shocked when he came back and agreed to less than I had offered. A family member had passed and he needed to have it removed as soon as possible. It is missing the fence and came without a motor. Besides a little rust it is fully functional.
