Comments:
I aquired this jointer at a pawn shop in Fredericksburg, TX along with the Craftsman scroll saw that I restored. The jointer was completely disassembled and cleaned. The shaft for the cutter head and pulley was bent and chewed up, so a new shaft was made along with new knives. Everything was repainted and reassembled as you see here. The 1/2 HP Craftsman motor that came with the jointer still works, but I installed a 1 HP Dayton running on 220V. The machine performs as good as it looks.
