I was looking for a Unisaw when I found this on CL. The PO told me that his rotary phase converter failed, and he decided to sell this 3ph machine and buy a new single-phase table saw rather than replace the RPC. My offer was much less than his price, and I told him to call me if he couldn't get a buyer and decided to salvage it. A month later he called me, and I took it home. The first thing I did was sell the motor, thinking that I would not have any other 3Ph machines. That was a mistake. If I still had the motor, the saw would be running now. It is in good shape, and the PO told me that he used it as his no.1 for many years. It still has the original miter gauge and riving knife, and the PO built an over-arm blade guard that looks funky but will work great. He also built an attached router table with cabinet below, and a rolling base. I am going to try to find a good home for this saw.
