I bought this machine from a machine dealer in Columbus Ohio on 11-19-12, and started restoring a few days later. I finished the restoration on 12-09-12,consisting of taking it apart, cleaning all parts, polishing and painting, and reassembly.I don't know anything about its history but will assume it was a school shop machine, but am not sure, it had some dings on the compound but nothing major, no broken gears or parts, the ways are in good shape, the motor is a 2hp 3phase and I used a VFD to power it.
