I bought it through the Craigslist add from a recent closed floor covering businesses. The wife told me that her husband got it from a very meticulous owner. I looks that way, and he mounted it on a very heavy base with 4 lockable casts. The electric motor is a brand new Leeson 1HP,1PH,220V. It's over kill but better that way. No elbow grease on this one, from me anyway.
