Acquired off Craigslist for $175. Included all major components, #2 morse taper drive spur, #2 morse taper live center (frozen in the tailstock) and a relatively recent 1/2 HP Craftsman motor & switch. Also included an original cast iron stand with leg levelers and original shelves. The upper shelf was installed upside-down but has a Walker-Turner badge on it.

These photos are from the seller but I'll put more up when I get a chance.

I've deduced (best guess) the model number and year from catalogs on this site.
