This band saw has been at my place of work since I started there in 1980. Was used exclusivly in the pattern shop until 2002 when our pattern shop was closed. It then sat as a "cut all" and was not taken very good care of until 2012 when it was placed in the protoype foam sample dept. As you can see, there are many add on OSHA guards.

I cleaned the saw, re adjusted everything and tuned. It cuts like a new one.

Note: the holes in the table of the saw have been there as long as I have known about the saw, and are supposedly for aiding in dust collection. In the mid 90's all the bearings were replaced with sealed bearings. Although I didn't include a picture the upper wheel is of the round spoke style.
