Found next to my mothers garden shed. Using it as a yard ornament. Given to her by her cousin. Had a hard time figuring out the maker till some lubricant "raised" the logo enough to make out the name.
The true manufacturer has not been determined at this point.

After some discussion on the forums after I posted it, it seems that this could be from the 30's due to the design of the logo.

Admin-BAK, 9/4/2013: further research has determined that the true mfgr is Double A Products.
