Recently Acquired locally. Originally from a trade school so not a ton of wear but beat about a bit and painted but ugly. I'm keeping one for myself and will move the others on to good homes. All the sns are close to each other as they shipped at the same time I'm sure. 1941 right at the beginning of WW2. Each of these came with a factory SouthBend three jaw & four jaw chuck, and the way cool floor mounted countershaft/motor. Sadly, one has been partially taken apart and some parts lost.
