Comments:
I purchased this a couple of months back at a flea market near by. It is identical to the Post Drill I originally bought with the exception this has ball bearings. In an old ad image on this site it is referred to as "The Ball Bearing Drill". All I did with this is disassemble, clean it up, reassemble and mount it. It is fully functional.

It appears there was a crack in the table mount and was welded.
