Comments:
The planer came from the great falls manufacturing mill in somersworth ,a woolen textile mill , the planer is in excellent original condition and had been converted to electric at some point but is being converted to back to belt .
The planer is equiped with power table feed ,something I have not seen on similar models, the infeed and outfeed rollers are missing but bearing blocks are still there .
After an initial cleaning I have found a kelly green in some of the untouched areas, the outer extremities have surface rust from condensation but all the ways, feed screws and bearing surfaces are bright and shiney , the knives are still sharp after lying dormant for 50 years
