Comments:

The Po tells me this belonged to her father and has no idea what he did with it but that he had it as long as she can remember. This grinder was obviously built from other parts and it is functional. The base of this tool is what appears to be a wheel that may have come from the rail road. It weighs probably close to 175-200 lbs and does not tip. Again as with the previous drill press the base got my curiousity. So if there is anyone looking at this who can give me a clue to either the manufacturer of the grinder or the base please do.
