purchased with other power tools from an estate of a friend. the gears are not in the greatest shape and the old grease has turned to molasses. Have been working on it and getting things freed up. all the metal is in great shape and is coming together nicely.

That was then, this is now. I have everything freed up and working. The tail stock was seized where you could not turn the wheel. Freed it up. The feed screw would not budge. Took me an hour to manhandle it in the most gentle way to get it apart and lubed. The ball bearing was missing that kept the reducer in place but that was in the toolbox so that works now. Picked up replacement gears and parts on Ebay. I am probably forgetting other repairs along the way...

I have turned aluminum, brass and stainless on it. Good little machine
