Got this saw from Scott Andrew. I tried to walk away from it, but when I got home and told my wife that I actually didn't buy a tool, she started asking me about it. When I described how cool the saw was, and how cheap he was selling it to me for, she exclaimed: "Well you should have got it!!"
So, I did!
Don't know any history of this saw besides that Scott Andrew owned it before I did. It's in great shape with blade guard, miter, and fence all intact. The Art Deco just makes me want to put it in the kitchen somewhere. Someday I'll clean it up and find a perfect color scheme for it. I'd like to find a matching motor as well.
