I found this machine in Goldfield, NV in March 2012. I was looking for yard display items. It has one stamped # 116-2491, it has been mounted on a tri-pod with an axle and a caster for portability. The gearbox shift mechanism is inoperable as is the sipndle. It had a small handwheel with teeth cut to act as a ratchet along with a ratcheting pawl that is drilled for a shaft. There is a shaft with a round offset flange (cam) that comes out of the gearbox and protrudes out of the top of the frame. Ratchted hand wheel and pawl came off the spindle where it comes out of the top of gearbox. Several part numbers visible in photos. It appears to have been painted Blue.
