The Partington "Red Fox" planer had been my quest machine since I first saw a picture of one about 4 years ago. I Never thought I'd ever find one,then On Aug.6 2012 a fellow OWWMer Bznupe30 PM me that there was one for sale on the CT,Craigslist {Thanks so much Jude}.I called the owner and left a message,later that night the owner,Steve a very nice guy called me back and we made the deal.Today Aug.12 my No1.son-in-law Joe and I traveled to CT.and picked her up.This planer is in Pristine condition no rust anywhere on the machine.Steve told me he bought the machine from the shop of an elderly engineer/machinist who had passed away.The gentleman used it to make miniature machines and models.I'm just going to give it a good cleaning and put her to work.
