I found this machine via the online trading website kijiji. The seller had it listed as a 10" jointer. When I first viewed the machine the PO told me he had a few potential buyers show up, but they ended up not purchasing the machine because of it's shear weight. I left without making an offer, however over the next couple of days we settled on a price.
It wasn't until I had brought the machine home and started digging for information online that I realized it was in fact a Universal Woodworker. I travelled to the Cambridge, ON archieves and was able to confirm that it was indeed a UWW. It's currently in storage until I have the opprotunity to begin restoring it.
