Comments:
My latest project, purchased from eBay. This unit needs some serious work. The tail stock has been modified, and needs to be completely rebuilt. The variable speed mechanism seems to be missing parts. However, the motor is in good shape, the spindle runs smooth (bearings are tight), and the cast is free of cracks or breaks. I would appreciate any help with the restoration. Photos of the tailstock and the variable speed mechanism, as well as any documentation or schematics would be a "godsend." I'll Post more pictures after the restoration is complete.
