Comments:
I don't own this machine. I found it in a Michigan used tool store. I am only documenting this one for the archives. (~300 pounds--lots of iron and steel.)

The Sears Craftsman model number (112.23610) tag is mounted on the right side of the steel base. The source code (112) indicates that it was manufactured by Parks. This is confirmed by the Sears catalogs listing this machine. The catalogs indicate that the machine would be shipped from the origin factory in Cincinnati Ohio (Parks hometown).

The motor has its own label with the following information:
model - 177.24480 (I've never run across source code 177...another research project.)
M/N - TLA-22596DB
motor specs - 1 HP, 3450 rpm, 12/6 amps
motor design - CY8
manufacture date - 8/51

Appears to be missing the anti-kickback rod and pawl.
Note the large arbor nut and wrench hanging from the height lock adjustment lever.

Interesting item; this saw is listed as new in the 1951 catalog and carries the model number on the motor (2448). Subsequent catalog listings carry the machine tag model number (2361). Maybe the first catalog was a misprint...?
