This drill press was inherited from my grandfather and was quite rusted before it was restored, sorry no before pics. The drill press has a GE motor which appears to be of a similar vintage, however it was not purchased with the machine. If anyone knows anything about these motors, please let me know. It is a 4 wire GE repulsion induction motor serial number 212 7854. The switch on the drill press itself was never hooked up, the motor has a homemade switch on it to turn it on and off and hence turn the drill press on and off. The drill press was found with original 1940 catalog and original Companion vice, mortising attachment, dovetail jig, and shaper attachment, along with various bits for the shaper attachment. All decals were remade using testors decal kit.
