A craigslist ad in the first month of outfitting our shop. The sellers father had been a toolmaker some 50 years earlier, I got to look at the table saw after his collection was picked through, carrying the 400lb+ table out of the basement deterred most others.
Came with a 5/8HP motor, 5/8" arbor and an 8" blade. This was immediately jettisoned for a 12" blade and the motor showed its weakness.
I now have it sitting idly by awaiting a 1" arbor that I have unsuccessfully tried to source from several different avenues. Also sitting by is an 18" blade and a 5HP farm duty Powermatic.
Any help would be much appreciated.
