I purchased this planer from a private seller. He had owned the machine for several years but did not use it often enough to justify the space it occupied in his garage. He had purchased the planer from an elderly neighbor. This neighbor had quite a shop but eventually reached an age where he had priorities other than his "stuff" and sold it all at an auction. The seller felt bad for his neighbor because he did not get much money out of any of the machines. The seller had purchased this and a pristine Powermatic drill press at the auction. Both machines were well cared for. Did not come with any paperwork but did include four sets of blades.

I don't know the machine's exact age but can share that the Parks "badge" is actually a sticker that includes the serial number. I would be interested in knowing the age.
