Purchased on K-Bid in May 2012 from Morehead, MN. I think the model and serial number is correct. there is no tag to tell what it is. This number is stamped into the table by the vice, I had to scrape very hard to find it, but expected to find something somewhere. It has a government ID tag on it. Requires 14" x 1 1/4 blade for 6" work, 18" x 1 1/2" blade for 9" work and 21" x 2" blade for 13" work. It is a massive low hour machine with a 3 PH, 1.5 HP motor, and many automatic oilers to fill. The only fault with this saw that I can find so far is one oiler is broken. I would like to find a manual for it, or at the very least some sort of operating instructions or parts drawings, there are levers and knobs that I have no idea what they are for. Yet!
