I acquired it from a man that had it passed onto him. Other than the Craftsman label and what looks like some original blue paint ther is no name plate and no markings to identify the manufacturer. If anyone has an idea let me know. there was no motor with it but it looks to be in working order.

This machine mirrors more The Herberts line of 14" Scroll saws. The characteristic "coffered" arm is like Herberts with the exception that mine also has a perpendicular "coffering" in the arm while the old wood wizards had just an angular reinforcement in the arm. I've not seen another like it, but would rule out WT based on they always have a roundish arm/gooseneck.
